How Care Begins

Tell us about your child, sign the consent page, and share the documents our team requests.
We submit your documents
Once everything is complete, our team sends the required information to your insurance for review.
Insurance makes a decision
Your plan lets us know whether the initial assessment is approved. We keep you updated.
We schedule the initial assessment
If approved, we arrange an assessment appointment with one of our providers.
We submit the assessment
After the appointment, we send the provider's report to your insurance for review.
Insurance confirms approval and hours
Your plan confirms whether services are approved and how many hours it will cover each week.
