Roles We Hire For

Every role here exists for one reason: a child in Broward County gets better care because you do your job well.

  • Run skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs written by your BCBA
  • Collect session data that the whole plan depends on
  • Model strategies for parents and caregivers during sessions

What you need: Current RBT certification through the BACB. Working toward it? Apply anyway and tell us where you are in the process.

  • Conduct assessments and write individualized treatment plans
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs in the field, not from a desk
  • Lead parent training and coordinate with schools and physicians

What you need: Current BCBA certification through the BACB and a relevant Master's degree.

  • Coordinate schedules across home, school, center, and community sessions
  • Be the calm, clear first voice families hear when they call

Where You Will Work

Care Happens Everywhere

Clinical roles move between our Hollywood center and the places our families actually live. We serve families in English, Spanish, Haitian Creole, and French, and clinicians who share a family's language are especially valuable here.
