Words of Wisdom Behavioral Health provides compassionate, evidence based care for ages 2 to 21 across Broward County. We were founded on a simple belief: quality of care comes first, and families deserve honesty at every step.
What We Believe
Our founder is a licensed clinical social worker with more than 14 years in mental and behavioral health. These are the values the practice runs on.
Dignity First
Every person we serve has a say in their own goals. Respect and autonomy are not extras, they are the plan.
Honesty Over Volume
We check benefits before you commit, we tell you when we are not the right fit, and we never let caseloads outgrow quality.
Care In Your Language
English, Spanish, Haitian Creole, and French, because families should talk about care in the language they think in.
The Whole Family
Parents and caregivers are trained as part of every plan. Progress that only happens in session is not progress.
How We Practice
Small On Purpose
Words of Wisdom is a local practice, not a chain. Our center is in Hollywood, our clinicians live and work across Broward County, and the person who answers the phone knows the families on the schedule.
We keep it that way on purpose. Behavioral health works when the team knows the child, the plan fits the family, and nobody is rushed. That is easier to protect when quality, not volume, sets the pace.
It also means honesty costs us nothing. We check your benefits before you commit, we tell you what is covered in plain language, and if we are not the right fit for your child, we say so and help you find who is.

Care In The Language You Think In
Broward County speaks many languages at home, and talking about your child's care should not require translation. Sessions, parent training, and phone calls happen in the language your family lives in.
