Chief Executive Officer and Founder
A licensed clinical social worker with over 14 years in mental and behavioral health. Nadege founded Words of Wisdom to give Broward families care that leads with dignity, honesty, and the languages families actually speak. Fluent in English, Creole, and Spanish.
Clinical Director
A Board Certified Behavior Analyst with a Master's in Counseling and more than 7 years in behavior analysis. Tracy leads assessment, treatment planning, and supervision, and holds every plan to the same standard: built for one child, never a template.
How Care Is Organized
When you start with us, you do not get one person. You get a structure, and every part of it has a job.
A Board Certified Behavior Analyst assesses your child, writes the treatment plan, adjusts it as your child grows, and supervises every session hour.
Trained, certified RBTs deliver the one to one sessions, at home, in school, at our center, and in the community, and record the data your BCBA reviews.
Parents and caregivers are part of the team, not spectators. Parent training is built into the plan so progress continues between sessions.
The people who verify your benefits, handle authorizations, and keep scheduling working around your real life.
Our Standards
Every clinician practices under the BACB ethics codes, and your privacy is protected under HIPAA.
Caseloads are kept manageable on purpose, so your child's clinician has time to think about your child.
Care is available in English, Spanish, Haitian Creole, and French.
We are hiring RBTs and BCBAs who care about doing this work well.
