Chief Executive Officer and Founder
A licensed clinical social worker with over 14 years in mental and behavioral health. Nadege founded Words of Wisdom to give Broward families care that leads with dignity, honesty, and the languages families actually speak. Fluent in English, Creole, and Spanish.
Clinical Director
A Board Certified Behavior Analyst with a Master's in Counseling and more than 7 years in behavior analysis. Tracy leads assessment, treatment planning, and supervision, and holds every plan to the same standard: built for one child, never a template.
